Enemies Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood trying to avoid Grammy Awards catfight (Photos)

Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood won’t be posing for any photos together at the 2013 Grammy Awards. According to a Feb. 8 report by Us Weekly, the singers really hate each other.

An insider dished that Grammy execs have been ordered to keep Taylor and Carrie away from each other so that the country crooners don’t embarrass themselves with a red carpet catfight. Taylor allegedly thinks that "Carrie is always rude to her," so she has decided that it's best to avoid the golden gal as much as possible.

A rep for the Grammy Awards denies that any special measures are being taken to avoid a battle of the blondes, and it’s to be hoped that Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift have enough self-control to act like adults if they bump into each other.

It’s not hard to see why Taylor and Carrie might hate each other. They’re both country singers who are all about girl power, and Carrie did poke fun at Taylor’s split from Conor Kennedy at the CMA Awards last year. Even though Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift aren’t up for any of the same Grammy Awards this year, they’ll still get a chance to compete against each other. Taylor will reportedly open the awards by hate-singing "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" to Harry Styles, so Carrie will get a chance to try to top Taylor’s act when she takes the stage to perform later in the show.

The gals will also get to take part in a fashion face-off. The Grammy Awards have banned revealing outfits, but it’s safe to say that there will still be plenty of flashes of flesh. Will Taylor continue to sex up her style and take things too far, making Carrie look classy? Or will Carrie let Taylor win by going overboard with the self-tanner and wear a gown that clashes with her orange skin?

You can decide which blonde is best when the Grammys air Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
