Austin Guinea Pig Rescue is an organization dedicated to rehoming guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, degus, hedgehogs and a small number of rabbits in the Austin, Texas area. Their website wish list doesn't indicate empty toilet paper and paper towel rolls but these small family pets require them. According to Kim Meyer, who oversees the rescue, hamsters don't care to chew the empty rolls as the other small loving pets housed at her rescue. Depending on the critters moods they maybe chew through a dozen empty rolls a week.

This new pet business has saved a cat from our hot weather. A vehicle's air conditioning stopped operating when a woman and her feline were attempting to travel home after a vet appointment. She contacted Royal's Pet Taxi to transport her loving feline family member safely home.
Vision Hills Sanctuary located in the Austin area is currently sponsoring the adoptable small family pets on Petfinder. Town Lake Animal Center located at 1156 W.
