Tennessee representative Stacey Campfield (R) is once more showing off, this time he hopes to get some self-promotion by attacking the children in poverty. In his own words he wants to end the cycle of poverty in Tennessee by assuring children get good grades. This tied to the monthly unemployment their parents get, or don’t get, is suppose to induce the parents to spend more time and interest on the child. The problems with this thinking stretch so far, it obviously only an idea to get publicity, self-promotion at the expense of children. This we have seen before, as the Republican’s dirty little tricks have been used over and over to promote their little ideology. Determined by their actions, the lack of concern or intelligence that exists in the GOP is staggering, yet they continue to state representation of the majority.
Remember Campfield proposing the “don’t say gay” legislation, once more he is taking action, this time supposedly to end poverty. He wants the children whose parents are on unemployment, to be paid per the grades the children get. This is the simplest means he has proposed, but as the legislation itself is not complete, the specifics are not there. Needing more information, we look for interviews and other data to be available to confirm. We do know he wants children at the low end of the economics to be the bread-winners for their family, using grades instead of employment. Ending the poverty cycle by only assuring higher grades will provide, but without the employment offered later to the same children they will be left in poverty once out of school. And what of those already in home-schooling, their parents are involved?
Good grades will enhance your life, but only because you learn more, making use of knowledge allows for income. The job loss in this nation has been caused by the lack of intelligence seen from political ideologies, the GOP and state Republican parties were in control then. Their unwillingness to allow others the right of even survival is clear, and worse they expect no-one to notice as this pass out more. Again attacking those without representation has become the GOP stance, now children have become the easy target. Thus linking monthly parental unemployment to children grades is completely in line with their ideology.
This ideology of bulling people to get results has been seen many times, yet it effect is no longer guaranteed as the public awareness has grown. Suggesting they follow the Christian doctrine at this point is a laugh; instead this is another attempt to support removing parental controls which interfere with political ideology. Those parent who are not attending to the child’s needs do not care to begin with, and those without children in school would have no incentives in such a program. Campfield’s little idea can only be presented under the desperate need to gain self-promotion at the expense of children’s futures and parental rights.
Intelligence as a brain behind the machine would direct and control the ideology to offer aid to 85% of the public, which, as Romney put it, was not his concerned. Now the same party not concerned for the majority, wants you to believe they represent your best interest, just let them guide and protect you. All you have to do is follow them and be the first to take that leap of faith, trusting the GOP will follow you. But if they are leading why do they not take the leap first? Looking at the state legislators across the land, we see Republicans already have control of most states, yet the same are in need of federal support more and more. Self-promotions got them this far, now they stay in power only by bulling the majority into following or else…else what is the question?
Real intelligence would have figured out by now they need the majority’s support, not more pressure on the majority to follow desperation. There is no leadership seen in this party anymore, over and over the same ideology has simply attacked the lower wage workers for years. Now they want to attack their children as well, stepping up the stress to punish the children for the social employment they caused to be lacking in their regions. To state this is offered to cut entitlements is laughable, entitlement cuts need be placed upon those who are gaining them and not doing anything for such. But that is the political representation in this nation, the legislators who are the problems and not held accountable. Vague legislation such as this has been seen before, it will take months to get answers and years to understand it, but during all this time those presenting such are offered publicity granted at the children’s expense.
This legislation will not make parents responsible for their children, unless they are already doing so. Thus motivated parents do not need help in direction, nor do they need to be trained as pets to care for their children. Motivate parents also do not allow authority figures to replace them as family leaders, parental controls are preferred. But most all, some parents simple can not do more; the situations they have been forced in by legislators ignorance and lack of representations are beings seen. Legislators spending time avoiding their failed responsibilities, is this kind of thinking which has lead our children to not be able to eat at all. And without the community support, they will fall even farther, making them responsibly for their family only increase the stress levels they have to contend with.
