Did you know that as a business owner, your health care reform package must include essential health benefits such as ambulatory patient services, hospitalization, maternity, and prescription drugs, just to name a few? In addition, plans must provide preventative care, such as blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol tests, at no cost.
Whether you have one or more W-2 employees, if you are not in compliance with the Federal Government's Obamacare laws by October 1, you may be fined.

About the Presenter
Tanya Marble was introduced to the insurance profession in 2008 while residing in the State of Georgia, where she received her first insurance license, focusing on families and assisting then with health, life, disability, long-term care insurance and retirement planning. In addition, she specializes in assisting small businesses with business insurance planning, which includes, but is not limited to, key employee insurance planning.
In Marble’s opinion, with the new Health Care Reform laws, small and large businesses need health insurance professionals who understand and are willing to provide guidance through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act laws within their business models. Marble is currently licensed in the State of Maryland and ready to assist with insurance planning needs.
