Months of undercover drug investigations led to 24 felony counts, culminating in five arrests on August 28, 2013, according to RTV6. Five employees of Patty's Showclub were arrested in connection to drug sales made to undercover officers between June 12 and August 22.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed on August 28, undercover Indianapolis Metro Police Department officers say they purchased two grams of cocaine from "Juicy Booty," an employee of Patty's Showclub. The probable cause affidavit says that Patty's employees Tameka McCullough, 26, Desiree Bey, 21, Kayla Fisher, 28, Paul Komyatti, 48, and Cynthia Baker, 31, offered to obtain drugs and then sold them to undercover officers on several occasions between June 12 and August 22. Fisher was reported as telling police they could contact her at any time for additional drug purchases.
According to RTV6, officers were able to purchase prescription drugs including Xanax, Valium, Vyvanse, and Adderall at the west side club. In total, the employees face 24 felony counts, including possessing and dealing cocaine, marijuana, and amphetamines.
