Emmy Awards: Howard Stern lauds Julie Bowen's low cut dress (photos)

Howard Stern thought the 2011 Emmy Awards were a screaming bore, but gave props to Modern Family star Julie Bowen for the plunging neckline on her evening gown of choice.

Stern first trashed host and Glee star Jane Lynch:

"Who is this woman? She’s annoying. She’s not funny’.”

Stern called Lynch's monologue safe, boring and "ass-kissy". He called the entire broadcast blisteringly dull and then verbally spanked FOX for blowing the awards show's opening bit but refusing to allow Alec Baldwin to make a joke about the FOX News hacking scandal. Baldwin dropped out of the project and was replaced by Leonard Nimoy.

“The best part of it was the actress Julie Bowen came up. She wore a dress with t**ty—she doesn’t have big t**s either…It was working. She’s a thin woman. She’s probably gotten a little too thin…But, she had t**ty. You know when you can see the side of the t***y? That was fabulous…I love to see the beautiful women.”

Bowen took home the Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy.
