Emmy Awards participants always represent the best in sartorial looks on the red carpet, up to and including this year's offerings on Sept. 22. So, in front of the Nokia Theatre, L.A. Live, the new awards season got underway as all the fashionistas began to hit Los Angeles for this annual fall event that always promises great fashions.
Out of the starting gate, Kelly Osbourne was definitely on point.
The "Fashion Police" arbiter, who predicted a more fun-loving Emmy Awards runway than in years past as she talked about the red carpet about to happen, was swathed in Jenny Packham for this discussion.
Ozzy and Sharon's daughter, who is getting married soon, was in fine form as she wore the designer's blazing red gown that took a big plunge down the front, showing off some awesome cleavage while also flattering with flirty cap sleeves.
Meanwhile, Giuliana Rancic was reporting from the carpet with pal Kelly as she wore a Tadashi Shoji gown that was black on the bottom and geometric on the top. Her neckline was quite demure, cut high and showing off her very toned arms. Later, she changed into a strapless blue number by a Canadian designer that showed off her trim physique.
And so, as the Emmy Awards 2013 red carpet at Nokia Theatre started to get going, Kelly Osbourne led the way and Giuliana Rancic wasn't far behind.
