On Jan. 9, Emma Watson took the fashion-forward route at the People's Choice Awards (PCA) when it came to what she put on her body for the televised show that aired on CBS.
Indeed, this unforgettable imp was wearing a Peter Pilotto mini. The unmistakable frock had been made in such a way, through both the fabric and the style, that the frock ended up emulating what came off like a cross between an optical illusion and a modern abstract painting. In other words, Emma looked absolutely smashing.
But that's not a surprise.
The 22-year-old, Paris-born actress, who has recently been trending for being mistaken for a 12-year-old (and, consequently, an unaccompanied minor) when trying to board a plane, easily pulls off this and every sartorial statement, no matter how obscure.
Indeed, this diminutive Brit owns a compact body that works like that of a fit model and her sparkling charisma lets her try on garments that seem impossible to wear by most mere regular people.
And so, as Emma Watson unofficially won the most edgy fashion statement while attending the PCA for 2013, this English lass also took home one of those coveted Waterford crystal trophies for her performance in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."
That said, while Emma deserves applause for her inimitable style, this fashionista who played Hermione in the Harry Potter series with endless panache will never, ever be a wallflower in real life.
