Emma Watson was stopped at the airport because they did not think she was old enough to fly alone. On Jan. 7, the "Harry Potter" star shared the news. According to NY Daily News, they did not realize that the movie star is 22-years-old.
Emma was at the JFK airport when the incident occurred. They thought she was an unaccompanied minor. She actually shared that this is not the first time it has happened to her either. She did tease that she won't be wearing a backpack again when she goes through the airport. At least she wasn't afraid to share the experience with her fans on Twitter.
This means that they thought that Emma Watson was under the age of 14. Anyone over 14, is allowed to fly without an adult with them. She does look pretty young, but not sure that she pays for someone that is barely even a teenager yet.
