There have been several rumors as to who would play Anastasia Steele in "50 Shades of Gray." On March 18 Contact News reports that Emma Watson, the "Harry Potter" alum has shot down rumors that she might be part of the cast.
Because there were so many articles, questions, and inquiries about whether or not she would really play Anastasia Steele, Watson has taken to her Twitter account to say, "Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie? Like really. For real. In real life." When nobody responded to her post, she concluded that she was glad it was sorted out.
So far, Mila Kunis, Nina Dobrev, and Lily Collins, are the top three fan favorites that have been tipped as the one to play Anastasia Steele. While there have been no decisions finalized, Ian Somerholder is the fan favorite to play Christian Grey.
There is currently no information that suggests when a cast will be set or the "50 Shades of Grey" movie will begin production.
