On Jan. 4 Emma Watson told People that each year her New Year's goal is always the same and will be for years to come and until she masters it. What is her goal that can be so difficult? Emma wants to become fluent in French.
Emma told the popular magazine that each time she pulls into the Gare du Nord she becomes nostalgic. She loves the music, rich culture, and art, not to mention she would do anything for a baguette. Not just any baguette, however, but the best baguette because Watson expects nothing but the best when it comes to her own personal choices. It seems her parents taught her well because she claims they taught her to have a love and respect in everything that you do and to take pride in it.
She says that her pride in her work can be irritating at times because she seems to have a touch of OCD about achieving perfection. She says that she is her own worst critic but at times it can be great because it spurs her own to do the next best thing. It seems that Emma Watson and Hermione Granger are a lot closer in personality than fans may have noticed.
