Emma Watson is denying rumors that she’s been cast as Anastasia Steele in the upcoming “50 Shades of Grey” movie, The Huffington Post reported on Mar. 17.
According to the report, fans were passing around rumors that Emma Watson was attached to the “50 Shades of Grey” film. However, the “Harry Potter” star says that’s simply not true.
"I haven't read the book, I haven't a read a script, nothing," Emma recently told EW. "There are so many movies you become attached to when I've literally never even received a phone call. It was the same way with 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' –- I never even saw a script!"
For now, it seems that “50 Shades of Grey” has not cast the characters of Anastasia Steele or Christian Grey. In fact, a director has yet to be chosen for the project.
