Emma Watson defends Kristin Stewart in a new chat with Vanity Fair Italy. As fans know, “Twilight” star Stewart was put through the wringer after her dalliance with Rupert Sanders was revealed, but she's got some support in Watson it seems. MSN Celebrity shared the details on Feb. 8.
Watson says she believes that everybody makes mistakes, and Stewart is just human. Emma adds that she doesn't think it's fair that the private lives of celebrities become public fodder, but she does understand that fans felt very involved in Kristen and Rob's relationship. The “Harry Potter” star has, of course, been under the microscope of celebrity and media herself for much of her life. She says that some people believe being rich and famous means nothing can go wrong, and that Stewart deserved all the pressure and criticism because “she had an amazing life and she ruined it.” While the “Twilight” star was raked over the coals by fans, media and many others, Emma Watson defends Kristen Stewart and thinks it was overly harsh and unfair.
