Emma Stone, Blake Lively and Joe Jonas were among the celebrities who autographed and wrote personal messages to military families with deployed family members. The autographing was done by over fifty stars at the MetroPCS Communications booth within the Backstage Creations Celebrity Retreat at last night’s Teen Choice Awards. The personal messages will be given to military families along with $5000 worth of international long distance calling cards so that military families can easily reach out to loved ones who are deployed overseas.
Tom Keys, President and COO MetroPCS: “We are grateful for the sacrifices that our military and their families make for our nation. It’s an honor to work with the USO to help families stay connected even when they are physically separated on opposite sides of the world.”
The generous celebrities who stopped by the MetroPCS booth at the Teen Choice Awards to sign personal messages took time out of their busy evening to give back to the families of those who are serving our country. Many of the stars who penned their signature and wrote notes to military families were nominees and winners of Teen Choice Awards. For them to take the time to give back to military families shows their high level of patriotism and gratitude to those serving our country.
Celebrities who signed autographs at last night’s Teen Choice Awards included Taylor Lautner, David Beckham, Ashton Kutcher, Jason Derulo, Emma Stone, Blake Lively, Ellen DeGeneres, Rupert Grint, Jason Bateman, Rachel Bilson, Joel McCale, Cat Deeley, Kaley Cuoco, Joe Jonas, Darren Criss, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, Nikki Reed, LL Cool J, Zoe Saldana, Mark Walberg, Malese Jow, Taboo, apl.de.ap, David Henrie, Charice Pempengco, Grey Damon and Sean Kingston.
