The little girl with a powerful voice is coming to Etowah, Tennessee. We are talking about none other than singing sensation EmiSunshine and The Rain. Her roots are local but she has garnered national attention on the Today Show. Much of her success can be attributed to viral YouTube videos and a lot of talent.
EmiSunshine has also played in other venues such as:
- Bluebird Cafe: Nashville, Tennessee
- Johnny's: Carrboro, North Carolina
- WDVX Blue Plate Special: Knoxville, Tennessee
Despite a full schedule, EmiSunshine and the Rain makes time to help others. The benefit concert will take place on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 5:00 pm. at The Murphy Farm in Etowah, Tennessee. A mission team from Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church will be heading to Hungry Horse, Montana in July. Concert proceeds will help get them there.
That's where the concert by EmiSunshine and the Rain at The Murphy Farm comes in. Tickets are $10 per person. Kids who are 10 and under get in free. Attendees should bring their own chairs. Coolers are not allowed but concessions are available. In case of rain, the concert will be held at the Etowah Community Center.
A silent auction will be held in at the benefit concert. One big item has already been donated. A wedding package by The Murphy Farm will be up for bids. Proceeds from the auction and concessions also benefit Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Etowah.
Concert goers can look forward to a night of good music by EmiSunshine and The Rain, a silent auction, concessions and the great feeling that comes from helping a good cause. Tickets are available from Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Etowah, Tennessee. Get them before they're gone.
