Emily (Mamie Gummer) decided this week that she is finally ready to give up on Will (Justin Hartley) on “Emily Owens, M.D.” But how will her crush react when she tells him the news?
On Wednesday, The CW released the first video preview for “Emily and the Perfect Storm.” In the video, Emily tells a surprised Will that she’s over him. He doesn’t believe her at first, but then Emily repeats it and his reaction seems to indicate that maybe he’s not as okay with her being over him as he’s pretending to be.
Meanwhile, Will’s current girlfriend Cassandra (Aja Naomi King) has also picked up on his potential feelings for Emily. In the video, she wants to talk to him about his ‘thing with Emily’ as Will continues to insist that there isn’t one.
But Cassandra is not convinced and she’s not really the type to want to be second to anyone. Could this be the end of Cassandra and Will’s relationship?
