Emily (Mamie Gummer) has begun to suspect that Will (Justin Hartley) might have feelings for her on “Emily Owens, M.D.” Thanks to spoilers released by The CW on Thursday, we now know that Emily might not be the only who thinks so.
In the upcoming episode, “Emily and the Perfect Storm,” Will’s current girlfriend Cassandra (Aja Naomi King) starts to question his true feelings for Emily when she finds out that Will and Emily are secretly working together to help an unexpected patient. What does that mean for Cassandra and Will’s relationship?
The episode also features the hospital dealing with bus crash victims during a winter storm. Emily is assigned to run triage in the ER and during the chaos she has to perform an emergency skull procedure on a marine who suddenly collapses.
Elsewhere in the hospital, Tyra (Kelly McCreary) is upset by her father’s lack of respect for her as a doctor, but later the two have a breakthrough when they perform an emergency c-section together. Micah (Michael Rady) makes a bold decision in his personal life.
“Emily Owens, M.D.” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. CST on The CW. “Emily and the Perfect Storm” will air Jan. 29.
