Emily (Mamie Gummer) has wanted Will (Justin Hartley) to see her as more than a friend since the two were in med school together on “Emily Owens, M.D.” A new preview released by The CW on Thursday shows that Emily might finally be getting what she wants.
In the upcoming episode, “Emily and the Social Experiment,” Emily has set out to prove that Will was jealous when she went on a date with someone else. Tyra (Kelly McCreary) tells her friend that she needs to learn how to flirt so she gives her some tips so that Emily can step up her game and test Will.
The video shows Emily flirting with another doctor while Will watches in what looks like a combination of horror and confusion. But it might actually be doing the trick because at the end of the video, Will appears to be leaning in for a kiss. But is this scene too good to be true?
