Emily Maynard, former star of “The Bachelorette,” stopped by the set of “Good Morning America” this morning to chat about her upcoming wedding to new fiancé Tyler Johnson. She was gorgeous as usual wearing a black and white patterned dress and handing out red roses outside before she went into the studio. Yahoo News posted the interview on Jan. 14 as she dished on her new role as a future bride.

Three years ago, the single mom was introduced on “The Bachelor” where she almost found love with Brad Womack. After that engagement ended, she went on to star on “The Bachelorette” and thought she had found love again with Jef Holm. After that also ended, Maynard chose to lay low for a while.

The blond beauty is now back and just recently announced her engagement to Johnson. She said that they had known each other before she appeared on the ABC reality shows. They had met at church and started out as friends. However, romance wasn’t in the cards for the couple at that time, which is why she chose to find love on TV in front of millions of viewers. She said it was a true testament of God’s timing that they have now fallen in love. It sounds like her Prince Charming was right in front of her all this time.

The Southern belle did mention the newest bachelor, Juan Pablo, and she thinks he is the cutest thing ever. She also noticed how good he is with the girls that are vying for his affection.

Maynard also showed off her stack of bands that her man gave her when he proposed. She got a surprise as her fiance was interviewed with her via satellite from North Carolina. When asked how he proposed, Johnson said that he went over to Maynard’s house to cook breakfast for his 26-year-old girlfriend and her cute daughter Ricki. He then proposed to both girls. Ricki is so excited and is already in wedding planning mode, according to her mom.

The wedding sounds like it will be real soon. The couple looks like they are both thrilled to have found love and romance with each other. Emily Maynard may have her happy ending after all.
