Emily Maynard hinted at being mistreated by Jef Holm when she retweeted a telling post on Wednesday.
After Jef tweeted a message that seemed to show regret for his split from Emily, the single mom, 26, retweeted something of her own that was quite insightful.

"When someone mistreats you, try to view it as an opportunity to grow in grace," Emily's retweeted message said. The tweet was posted by a user called @JesusCalling, and they posted the saying on October 28, before Emily retweeted it yesterday.
It is not known whether this is in response to Jef's tweet, but it seems very likely at this point, considering the couple's recent split and history. Jef's tweet read, "if u have a good girl hold on to her tight! They are hard to come by these days...," which he also retweeted from someone else, but included his own written response of: "wise words," in his tweet.

So, while Jef may be regretting his split from the bombshell "Bachelorette," Emily seems to have had enough and will not be forgiving of Jef's alleged mistreatment.
Meanwhile, Jef is also denying claims that he is shopping around the media for a "tell-all" on his romance with Emily. The 28-year-old entrepreneur is still reportedly hopeful for a reconciliation, and would not do anything to jeopardize it, HollywoodLife claims.
