Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss have been arrested and charged in the murder of Eman's 10-year-old daughter. On Nov. 3, the New York Daily News reported that Eman's daughter was found dead, badly burned in a trash can outside of the couple's Georgia apartment.
"Eman Moss called 911 early Saturday morning and told a dispatcher he was with a dead body and thought he might kill himself, police said. He claimed his daughter drank some kind of chemical and died, police said" (via the New York Daily News). When police arrived on the scene, Eman pointed to the trash can and what they found inside was simply heartbreaking.
Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss are both being held without bail. They have both been charged with murder and with concealing a body and cruelty to children. The little girl, Emani Moss, could have been beaten -- or worse. An autopsy should reveal her cause of death and it's possible that more charges against Eman and his wife could be filed.
It is unclear why Emani was allowed to stay with her father given his track record but police will get to the bottom of this story. More details should become available once police complete their report and Eman and Tiffany appear in court.
Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss both had previous child cruelty arrests. It's unknown if those previous arrests had anything to do with Eman's daughter.
