On June 3, 2013 Wizards of the Coast revealed Elvish Mystic, one of the newest "Magic: The Gathering" cards from their upcoming "Magic: 2014 Core Set" in an article by Trick Jarrett on DailyMTG.com. If Elvish Mystic looks oddly familiar it's because the card is a functional reprint of one of the game's most famous green one-drop creatures: Llanowar Elves.

Like Avacyn's Pilgrim, a first turn Elvish Mystic can help accelerate your deck into aggressive plays such as a second turn Loxodon Smiter and third turn Advent of the Wurm, putting heavy pressure on your opponent.
There's absolutely no doubt that Elvish Mystic will see heavy casual and competitive play in a wide variety of decks attempting to ramp out early powerful threats.
How will you use Elvish Mystic?
