Ellle magazine's mistake has everyone talking today. On Jan. 25, Yahoo reported that they confused two actresses causing a stir on social networks.
Both women went to an event for Elle which was the Television Celebration Thursday night at Soho House in West Hollywood. Danai Gurira looked amazing, but Elle magazine put that it was NeNe Leakes looking great. They got the two mixed up on their Instagram and this was not a good thing. Danai plays on "The Walking Dead" and NeNe is on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
NeNe went to her Twitter to talk about the mistake. She retweeted an article and also said: "@ The Elle Women in Television event! So funny how these event work! I'm glad I know who i'am." A lot of people thought that the meant it like all women who are black look alike and were not happy about this mistake at all.
It is a bit shocking that they confused the two because their skin color is different, and their hair is not the same either. Could you confuse NeNe and Danai? Sound off in the comments below.
