Elizabeth Vargas rehab: Star returns to work talks about being an alcoholic

Elizabeth Vargas is back to work after a stint in rehab and she is not staying quiet about her problems. On Jan. 24, People shared about what she had to say about actually being an alcoholic. Friday morning was her first appearance on televisions since she was in rehab.

Vargas is admitting that she is an alcoholic and was hiding her drinking from everyone. She says that it took a long time for her to admit her problem to herself and her family, but she finally did it and got help. Elizabeth said that at night she would drink wine and a lot of it. That was her go to drink and a big part of her addiction.

She only spent two weeks in rehab, but it seems to have helped her. Vargas realized that she had a problem and went to get help for it. Things are going really well for her now and she is even back to work. Hopefully Elizabeth Vargas is doing the right thing to be on her road to recovery.
