Elisabeth Hasselbeck's post-baby body: 14 weeks to a bikini!

The View's talk show co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is flaunting a super slimmed down baby body and is talking about her 14-week program that helped the star bare all in a bikini less than three months post-baby.

Hasselbeck, wife to former professional football quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, is used to the grind of getting back her pre-baby body.

As the mother of three, Hasselbeck has often been featured in magazine's post-baby, leaving the world in awe of her atypically, ripped mid-section after giving birth.

Elisabeth, 32, has often said she wouldn't have been able to bounce back "alone" and has confessed to garnering all the support she needs when it comes to slimming back down post-baby.

"The night before my photo shoot," she said in 2008 before appearing on the cover of Fitness Magazine, "I wrote thank-you notes to everyone at La Palestra who helped me reach this point. I feel amazing."

La Palestra, based in New York City, offers a "total body integration" system , CEO Pat Manocchia saying, "We treat the whole person. It's as much about your childhood and eating habits as it is about your biceps."

Elisabeth, who is also a supporter of the Women's Sports Foundation's GoGirlGo! program, which encourages young women's involvement in athletics, got involved in a 14-week exercise program consisting of intense cardio and select weight training moves.

"I was worried that I'd bulk up," she confessed. "But Pat designed a routine that mixes cardio, core work, and weight training every other day, in a way that's made me really strong."

Hasselbeck forfeited her usual six-mile runs for shorter jogging spurts and added a longer run on Saturday.

"It used to be that when I'd go for a run, I'd feel it in every bone in my body. That pain is gone."

Hasselbeck is also living with celiac disease and has joined her diet and fitness together, even publishing a book on the subject titled, The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide, which has appeared on several best-seller lists.

In related news, Hasselbeck recently came under media spotlight when she forwarded a picture of her son to family and friends - Accidentally exposing her nipple in the photo.

"You know when your baby smiles for the first time – I reach for the iPhone and take the photo," the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying. "No wonder why he is smiling – because my nipple is in the photo!" she added. "It's worse than drunk dialing. It's embarrassing."
