Elin Nordegren has knocked down her house with plans to build a new one. Her $12M estate was buldozed, along with any negative feelings or bad memories that Elin may have had.
The mom of two has decided to build a new home for her and her children in North Palm Beach, right on the water. The beautiful location is way too nice to give up, most likely the reason that Elin has decided to rebuild rather than move. Details on why she wanted to rebuild have not been revealed as of yet.
"The mansion that was demolished was a two-story, 17,000-square-foot-home built in 1932. It had a swimming pool and an elevator," the Huffington Post reports.
It has been two years since Elin Nordegren filed for divorce from her unfaithful husband, and she has been doing just fine without him. She received a good sum of money that has provided only the best for her and her two children, and is more than likely helping cover the cost of her new digs.
