I am no fan of Tiger's, but for Elin to deny him access to his children is not right. She has always said that the one thing she did not want to do was have her children never see their father as she did with her father. This is more about revenge and the children will be the ones paying the price. I fully supported Elin all along but cannot support this part of her strategy.

Tiger Woods is a devious serial adulterer, a perverted sex maniac and a liar of the worst kind!!! He is a remorseless, soulless, self centered shell of a person!!! This settlement amount is for a complete package for both, Elin and the children and it went up because Tiger is demanding from Elin a lifetime confidentiality clause. This is an absolutely outrageous demand from Tiger and I hope that Elin and her lawyers fight it and do not budge on this. Tiger betrayed, deceived and humiliated Elin in front of the world and caused irreparable damage to their marriage and family! Tiger continues to victimize Elin by condemning her to be silent for the rest of her life!!! Elin should have the right to say her story even if she agrees for it to be publishedpost mortem and the world will like to hear it!!!
Tiger should consider himself very lucky if he gets share custody because no responsible Court on this land will overlook Tiger Woods serious emotional and character issues, before granting parental custody on this case. The court basically looks for what is to be in the best interest of the children. Among the things considered are which parent is best suited and capable to meet the day to day needs of the children, provide a stable home, love, a nurturing environment and emotional wellbeing. It seems to me that Elin Nordegren has been a loving, caring mother to her children. She has being there for her children all along, while Tiger was running around with every W-H-O-R-E, in and out of town. To me Tiger has been more of an absentee or part- time father. I also think that Elin has been in favor of sharing the children’s custody with Tiger providing he keeps clean from addictions and continues

Ruth, I like your view on this story. In January, within a weeks time Elin removed her wedding ring, hired a lawyer in London & while Tiger was in rehab, went to his office & removed financial docs for the lawyer to start reviewing.
As for the confidentially clause, it may be two sided-for her not saying anything tiger won't say what really happened Thanksgiving night which could cause problems with a custody case.
Remember a few months ago when it was rumored Elin had a "baby bump" & then a few weeks later she went off alone to Arizona for a week-I wonder what that was about? No reports since then of a baby bump.
Tom says Tiger gets 80 mil from Nike....in Tiger's dreams...it's nothing close to that...and Tiger is now a drag on Nike.
When they got married, I knda knew this would happen. You think she married the richest sports star just because of true love? And Tiger knew this when he started cheating. So that's how it happened......Not to defend Tiger's woredom ways, I just want someone to please tell me this: "where was his wife when all these affairs were going on?" Elin had already "dated", i.e. slept with other golf pros before she met Tiger. She was an attractive nanny for Jesper Parnevik and had the opportunity to meet the golfers. It wasn't until after they were married that Tiger found out she had slept with other golfers and was devastated. He was asked one night, while playing poker with a bunch of other golfers how it felt to know his wife slept with_____ and _____ ? This news was very upsetting to Tiger and changed his outlook and opinion of Elin - especially since she wasn't honest about it before the marriage. It put him in a tailspin and forever changed their relationship. After that, he wasn't faithful and she was well aware of his unfaithfulness and accepted it.
You go girl! Marry the richest athlete in the world and when you get a chance, divorce him and take away from him more than you'll ever deserve. Teach our nation's young girls to be ruthless and without shame.
It's one thing to demand a settlement for damages done. She deserves something substantial, definitely. But this is beyond ridiculous. I used to feel sorry for her.
It is clear that Elin only wanted Tiger's money. That she was only invested in the relationship for the glitz and glam. I hold Tiger as less than a man to let this gold-digger get away with this.
