While Tiger Woods' struggles to win majors continued at Oak Hill, in addition to the sinkhole that was found underneath his dinning room last week, his ex-wife Elin Nordegren is just about ready for "Open House" as her luxurious new $20 million home is all but complete.
According to a report by the UK's Daily-Mail published on Monday morning, a series of aerial shots show how construction for Nordegren's North Palm Beach, Fla., mansion has finally reached the "home stretch."
After demolishing the existing 17,000-square-foot building, the 33-year-old former Swedish model began constructing a 21,000-square-foot palace that includes: Nine rooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theatre, a wine room, a Koi pond, a spa and a gym.
Meanwhile, other than a win at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, Tiger Woods has had a brutal two-week stretch.
First, the world's No.1 golfer had to deal with a hole that was discovered under the dinning room of $60 million Jupiter Island estate, which will likely entail some costly renovations.
Now, the 37-year-old has to deal with the fact that he's major-less for yet another season, following a lackluster performance at the 2013 PGA Championship that's sure to haunt him for weeks.
Nordegren and Woods officially called it quits on Aug. 23, 2010, reaching a mutual agreement after six years of marriage and a long, tumultuous separation. The well-documented Tiger Woods Elin Nordegren divorce settlement was worth a reported $100 million.
