Elijah Cummings spends more on catering than any other House legislator

AolNews published an eye-opening article this week listing the many expenditures of Congress during a nine-month period between 2009 and 2010.

On the list Democratic Congressman Elijah Cummings, who represents the 7th Congressional District of Maryland, is reported to have spent $7,536 on catering. The amount is more than any other House legislator has spent on the same service -- 5.7 times more.

The average amount that each Representative in the House spent on catering was $1,316.

    This piece of human waste was on FBC the other day with Neil Cavuto and they were discussing the unemployed and the delayed unemployment payments. He told the host, I will paraphrase but CLOSE to what he said.
    "Come to Compton and I'll show you what my people are going through without those payments."

    Um, POS Cummings.....Compton is not your constituents! They are here in Baltimore and columbia.

    This man is a waste of oxygen.

    This is nothing knew with racist cummings. A big time liberal and he just following the lead of others. This has to be exposed and these criminals have to be voted out..

    This guy is a joke........I still can't get over the fact that he tried some power play with the whole Baseball and steroids issue.........Congress should stop worrying about baseball, and start worrying
    more important issues.

    Who cares if baseball players are taking steroids? Not me.......They have better health care plans than most individuals......If they can afford it, then my guess.
