From April 27 - 29 Anime Central in Rosemont, Illinois will be hosting the rock duo, Maya and Aiji of LM.C. Maya, vocalist, used to play support guitar for mega-star Miyavi and Aiji, guitarist, had just left the disbanded group, Pierrot when the two formed LM.C in October of 2006. They released two singles under what they called "new century electrock," a combination of their visual kei background, rock and pop sounds.

The band has performed two songs for anime openings, which includes Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital. They have also performed two songs for the ending of the anime, Red Garden. LM.C has previously appeared at Anime Expo in 2008 and FanimeCon in 2010. Their appearance at A-Kon in 2009 was cancelled due to the threat of Swine Flu. The duo will be performing a concert at Anime Central, as well as partaking in a Q&A and autograph session.

The show will mark the start of their second world tour, taking place from April 30th to June 2nd. Their show at Anime Central will be the only concert in the United States, instead the band will be stopping through South America, hitting Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Venezuela, going through Europe for shows in England, France, Germany, Russia, Finland, Poland, Hungary, and ending with two shows in Taiwan.

LM.C will be releasing a new single at the end of the month on the 22nd entitled, "Ah Hah!" The band's new album will be released before their world tour on April 4th entitled, "-STRONG POP-."
