June 21: Samuel Graham, Sr. (Republican for U.S. Senate, statewide.)

June 22: Dennis David (independent for U.S. Senate, will be on General Election ballot statewide), Andy Harris (Republican for 1st District Congress), and Michael Swartz (Republican Central Committee.)

June 24: Armand Girard (Republican for Comptroller, statewide), Lavonzella "Von" Siggers (Democrat, House District 37A), Dustin Mills (Republican, House District 37A). and Marty Pusey (Republican, House District 38B.)

June 25: William Smith (Republican, Orphans Court Judge.)

Upcoming events:

Monday, June 28 - Wicomico County Republican Club monthly meeting with the scheduled speakers two Delegate hopefuls who recently announced - Dustin Mills in District 37A and John Phoebus in District 38A. The club meets at the Chamber of Commerce Building at 144 E. Main Street in downtown Salisbury beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 3 - Target shooting fundraiser for Wicomico County Council candidate Mike Brewington at an undisclosed location. Suggested donation is $20 per person, with details and location available by calling (410) 860-1894.

Sunday, July 4 - The Allen Community Parade is among the holiday events local politicians will attempt to appear at - the parade is held in the small town of Allen southwest of Salisbury.

Tuesday, July 6 - Filing deadline for major party primary candidates.

Friday, July 9 - Annual Choptank River Cruise fundraiser for State Senator Richard Colburn. I should have more details next week.

Saturday, July 10 - Crab Feast on the Wicomico River fundraiser for Wicomico County Council candidate Mike Brewington, from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. Cost is $40 and the event is BYOB. More details and location available by calling (410) 860-1894.
