Eoin Finn, is a yogi, surfer and self proclaimed “blissologist,” Eoin Finn has announced the release of his new Earth Body Yoga DVD aimed at helping others ‘challenge their flexibility, fitness” as well as “showcase how to having an intimate relationship with nature will dramatically change your health and happiness.”

“My life mission is to channel the energy of beautiful places through all my interactions with people. I could not teach with as much passion and inspiration as I do without my connection to Nature. It’s my time on the water with dolphins and whales or alone on vast stretches of beaches that give me my super powers. I tune into something and let it come through me. The real source is the beauty of Nature. When I get too busy to take time to have the experiences in nature, I lose these super powers. Earth Body Yoga will show us all how to unplug daily from our digital world and plug back into the Earth’s source."

Eoin also stated that he has used his techniques to help more than 100 Olympic as well as other professional athletes from around the world prepare for high-level competition by focusing on both physical and energetic alignment, in addition to “yoga grooves inspired by his love for surfing and the ocean.”

According to Finn, “Einstein said it best. You can view your whole life as if nothing is a miracle or as if everything is a miracle. The ultimate goal of Earth Body Yoga, is that you walk away from your practice feeling so relaxed and present that even in the middle of a city it is possible to connect with the natural wonders around us, such as; the shapes of the clouds, stars near and far in the sky, the smells of budding rose blossoms or even your own heartbeat. You may also be inspired by the unique knowledge of our interconnectedness with the earth such as; every drop of sweat comes and goes from the ocean; every second breath we take is made possible by plankton in the ocean; every time we sigh out a breath in a yoga pose, this is not only good for us but also gives life to a tree,” he continued.
