Eileen Kelley crowned New Hampshire's Outstanding Teen

Miss Strafford County's Outstanding Teen Eileen Kelley was crowned Miss New Hampshire's Outstanding Teen 2012 on Sunday night.

The announcement was made on Twitter by Miss Vermont 2011 Katie Levasseur.

Kelley's crowning means she will represent New Hampshire at the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant, scheduled for August in Orlando.

MAOT is the younger-sister pageant to Miss America.

Kelley lives in Randolph and is a student at Gorham High School, according to the Miss New Hampshire website.

Her pageant platform is, "Go Wild! Celebrating Our National Forest."

Her talent is singing "Part of Your World" from "Little Mermaid."

Contestants are judged on the basis of talent, private interview, evening gown, on-stage questioning, lifestyle and fitness, and scholastic achievement.

  • Miss Photogenic: Shannon Corcoran
