"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, Eileen Davidson, had a double dose of tragedy this year with the loss of two family members that passed away in short succession. Although that alone is devastating news for anyone to handle, it could be worse if they have to relive the events on a TV reality show.

On March 21, 2014, Eileen lost her sister Connie. She fought a long, hard battle with Breast Cancer for seven years until it finally claimed her life. Eileen was devastated when her sister died.

Eileen tweeted the news on March 24, 2014, “My beautiful sister lost her battle to cancer last Friday AM. Her daughter and I were with her. Love you Connie 4ever”

Then, on June 7, 2014, Eileen posted the next tragedy that hit her life. This message read, “I've been incommunicado. Dealing with family things after my sister passed in march. My sweet niece passed on Mother's Day. #Breaksurheart”

According to the National Enquirer, a source told them, “Then Brooke died unexpectedly in her sleep at her home. It was a terrible spring for Eileen.”

Several sources suspect that Brooke Watkins’s death is the result of an alleged overdose, although the Toxicology reports have not confirmed the reports either way. Brooke, 35, lived in Irvine, California. She leaves behind a 10-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter.

Fans may remember Eileen from her the many soap opera roles. Eileen's recent role as Kristen DiMera on “Days of Our Lives,” won her a Daytime Emmy in June. However, that wasn’t the only soap opera where she starred. Eileen appeared on “Santa Barbara,” “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless.”

In May, Eileen signed a contract to join “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for Season 5. Many of Eileen’s fans are concerned whether she can effectively handle the drama that comes with her role on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” They worry that the producers may incorporate her real life tragedy into the show's story-line, causing her to relive the pain of losing two family members in so short a time.

Eileen is married to Vincent Van Patten.

Do you think she can handle the pressure and drama of being on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” or is it too soon? Tell us your thought below in the comments section.
