Jasper, Alabama-The Walmart FLW Tour is rocking Jasper the pros are on the water and the Expo will get under way Saturday and Sunday with family friendly activities opening at noon each day with kids zone and Dylan Scott in concert Sunday at 3 PM. Pro Day noon to 2PM on Saturday. The Expo is taking place at Walmart 1801 Highway 78 E. Jasper, Alabama 35501 ( three hours from Atlanta). A drawing will be held on Sunday for a Walmart $250 gift card. (see video)
After a super session of bass pro angling from 183 pros on the first day of the Walmart FLW Tour on Lewis Smith Lake, Brent Ehrler Redlands, California comes alive by 8 ounces, he brought in 17 pounds and 8 ounces, with David LeFebre Erie Pennsylvania on his heels in second place with 17-0.
“I’m making a 20-minute run,” Ehrler said, “And I’m covering everything in between. I didn’t find a whole lot today, but I eliminated a lot. It’s a shorter day tomorrow and it could make a big difference.”
3M Scotch Big Bass
Brandon McMillan Clewiston, Florida caught the biggest bass today with 6-7, for a bonus of $500, to add to the total of 15-2 and the fifth place. Wayne Hauser Mooresvile, North Carolina hunkered down to get 16-08 in third place, and fourth place goes to Randy Haynes Counce, Tennessee for his stringer weighing 16-02.
