Being the kid of a food blogger is not all chocolate cake and grilled cheese. As a matter of fact, if your food blogger mom is also nutritionally conscious, there is not a lot of chocolate cake or grilled cheese at all.

However, there are some perks to being the kid of a food blogger, such as the Fed Ex truck dropping off a box with dried ice (cool!) and Eggo Real Fruit Pizzas (yum!).

As a Foodbuzz Featured Publisher, I have the opportunity to participate in the Tastemaker program, in which different food manufacturers send samples of new products for me to try and review.

Last week I got two of the new Eggo Real Fruit Pizzas to share with my family.

Kellogg is one of America's favorite breakfast brands, and they are bringing a new and unique offering to the breakfast market.

Eggo Real Fruit Breakfast Pizzas are available in the freezer section of your grocery store. They take just one minute in the microwave (really!), which can really streamline breakfast preparation.

These fruit pizzas feature a soft cinnamon and maple flavored crust, and are topped with a creamy cheese and yogurt layer, crunchy granola and real fruit.

There are two flavor varieties, Strawberry granola (400 calories) and Mixed Berry Granola (featuring blueberries and raspberries) (390 calories).

I usually pass up frozen breakfast entrees as they do not always deliver nutritionally, but I was impressed by the 4 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein in these pizzas! (And no HFCS! Yay!)

I was surprised and impressed by the flavor of these pizzas. When I ate them, the fruit was cool and juicy, it tasted fresh, and did not get mushy as defrosted frozen fruit sometimes gets. The crust was warm and soft, without being soggy. There was great balance between the warm and cool ingredients. It was sweet without being overly so. It felt like a complete breakfast.

The real judges are my children, and they thought that the pizzas were delicious!
