Egg fruit and cream wrap

Put some spring into your food by making this delicious recipe containg eggs, cream, and fruit. Your entire family will enjoy this delicious dish for breakfast on Easter or any other time of the year. Ingredients 2 eggs ¼ cup fresh strawberries ¼ cup fresh raspberries ¼ cup fresh blueberries 3 bacon strips, crumbled 1/3 cup whipping cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla ½ cup cottage cheese Directions Heat a medium size skillet and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil or butter. Meanwhile, mix the eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl. Once the grease is hot, add the egg mixture. In another small bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients. Cook the eggs on both sides until golden brown. Add the fruit, bacon strips, and cottage cheese. Fold th eggs in half and cook for 2 or 3 more minutes. Top with whipped cream
