Edward Furlong was arrested for domestic violence and charged with misdemeanor battery on Tuesday. The “Terminator 2” actor has plead “not guilty” to these charges.
Furlong was taken into custody after allegedly attacking his girlfriend and shoving her violently. Turns out this follows a string of trouble for Furlong.
In October he was charged with domestic violence after reportedly assaulting his girlfriend at the Los Angeles International Airport. Police released the following statement, "On Oct. 30, 2012 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Los Angeles Airport Police officers responded to a call regarding a possible domestic violence investigation at Terminal 2 on the arrivals level.”
In 2011, Furlong was arrested on suspicion of failure to follow a restraining order to stay away from his wife. And in 2007, he was arrested and charged with public intoxication at a grocery store.
During his acting career Furlong has starred in “Terminator 2: Judgment Day,” “American History X,” “Pet Sematary Two,” “Before and After,” and “Little Odessa.”
Furlong plead “not guilty” to the current charges and remains behind bars with bail set at $30,000.
