Edufest offers the best of gifted & talented education

Each summer, the Northwest's premiere summer conference on gifted and talented education comes to Boise State University. This July, the 16th annual Edufest will offer keynote presentations as well as twenty-one week-long sessions by internationally and nationally recognized experts in gifted and talented education.

From Monday, July 23, through Thursday, July 27, week-long sessions begin at 10:30 am and continue until 5:00 pm. In addition, special topic presentations will be offered Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm.

Parents, kids, counselors, classroom teachers, gifted and talented coordinators, and administrators are all invited to attend. While teaching professionals can receive up to three professional development credits for the conference, all Edufest participants will receive a CD-ROM with electronic copies of the presenters' handouts.

  • The Administrator, School Psychologist, and Educator Institute will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 7:00-8:30 PM
