Looking for a way to jazz up the lessons you’re teaching this year? Let the Indiana State Museum’s Programs Department help. We offer resources to complement your own lessons about Indiana’s art, science and culture. Our resources may be used both in the classroom and at the museum, and we’ve designed everything using Indiana’s Academic Standards.
Our classroom resources include lesson plans, Education Trunks and a Covered Wagon educational program depicting the pioneer journey to Indiana.
In the museum, you can take advantage of the museum’s Educational Workshops, Educational Theater Performances, festivals and events, and educator enrichment opportunities.
Admission is complimentary for all Indiana K – 12 teachers with appropriate identification. Show your teacher ID when you visit and discover what the museum has to offer you and your students.
For information on programming, please contact Joanna Hahn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
