The Edible Orlando credo states that knowing where your food comes from can be a powerful thing, and supporting your community plays an important role. As part of the edible community spanning seventy cities in the U.S. and Canada, Edible Orlando will be sponsoring a cooking stage filled with celebrities and local chefs from some of the best restaurants in Orlando.
This fall Emily Ellyn will be bringing her retro recipe re-dos to the Edible Orlando cooking stage. The Food Network star’s radically retro creations have made her an icon on shows like Next Food Network Star, Cupcake Wars and even earned her a cameo appearance on The Simpsons. She will be demonstrating her unique take on food Saturday and Sunday along with local chef offerings all weekend long. Samples of these great cuisines will be available throughout the weekend.
Also appearing at the show will be Bravo’s Josh Flagg. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star will be appearing on the main stage Friday and Saturday sharing his home improvement must dos to increase the value and appeal of your home. New to the show this year will be a DIY workshop hosted by yours truly. I will be getting my hands dirty constructing four easy to build projects that can be completed in as little of an afternoon and to cover an entire weekend. Focusing on basic needs such as plumbing, electrical and gardening we will help round out the DIY expert in you.
