Edible Communities, the publishing and information services company that creates community-based, local-foods publications in distinct culinary regions throughout the United States, has just announced the program for this year's Edible Institute — a weekend of talks, presentations, and workshops, by some of the local food movement’s most influential thinkers and eaters.
Scheduled for the weekend of March 10-11, 2012, this year's gathering will be in Santa Barbara, CA.
You'll recognize a few names from the Bay Area local and sustainable food community on the agenda. Here's the lineup of speakers and panel discussion topics:
