Ed Sheeran performs 'Sing' and 'All of the Stars' live on 'The Voice'

On May 20, the season 6 finale of the NBC reality competition program, "The Voice" aired on NBC, and during the episode singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran performed his single "Sing." He also performed "All of the Stars" with contestant Christina Grimmie, who came in third place. During the same episode it was announced that Josh Kaufman won "The Voice" season 6.

During his performance of "Sing," Sheeran was joined on stage with a backing band, which he only uses during live television performances. The stage production featured an abundance of televisions surrounding the singer, and the band. For the performance of "All of the Stars" there was no backing band, only Sheeran playing the guitar while both he and Grimmie sang.

The song "Sing" is the lead single from Sheeran's second studio album, X. The album is set to be released on June 23 via Atlantic Records. The song "All of the Stars" is featured on "The Fault in Our Stars" soundtrack. The movie is set to be released in the U.S. on June 6.
