Economic Tips For January 2014

Here are 10 Tips that will significantly help you and give you greater insight into how I view the world of economics.

Tip #1
Grossly improper oversight of the lending, insurance and investment industries by the U.S. government is causing continuing economic deterioration.

Tip #2
Traditional U.S. economic stimulants, like war, low mortgage interest rates, tax cuts, tax credits and government bailouts, will no longer stimulate the economy because there are now too many Americans in financial and psychological trouble.

Tip #3
When a nation owes more on its real estate than what it’s worth it’s a ticking time bomb that will lead to severe economic deterioration.

Tip #4
Put excessive government and corporate greed into any economic system and it will self-destruct at some point in time. That time is here, world.

Tip #5
Since 2005 all 6 fundamentals that the U.S. economy is founded on have been decreasing for the first time in history. This is equivalent to a patient having terminal cancer.

Tip #6
There are solutions for U.S. and global economic recovery¸ but corruption in worldwide governments and corporations will prevent them from being implemented.

Tip #7
New Jersey has one of the worst economies in America. It is also the most unaffordable and most corrupt state in America but yet it supposedly has a popular governor.

Tip #8
Since 2005 about 20,000 Americans every day have seen their disposable income decrease as a result of their incomes decreasing and their expenses increasing. This represents a catastrophic economic deterioration problem.

Tip #9
Most Americans who are still doing well financially feel the U.S. economy is doing just fine. There is a big problem, however. They are in the minority.

Tip #10
Great leaders in government and corporations do not create economic deterioration. They create economic growth and prosperity.
