Crawmama’s Catering provided the dinner, and Marsha Morgan performed throughout the evening.
The dinner is given each year in honor of all manufacturers in the county.
The mission of the Marshall County Economic Development Council is to achieve the greatest benefit for the people and businesses of the county in a constantly changing economic environment.
The MCEDC is a non-profit economic development agency that recruits new businesses, assists existing businesses in retention and expansion efforts, and is an assistance agency to local county and municipal governments in their economic and community development efforts.
The Council is located in Guntersville, Alabama and covers all municipalities in Marshall County including Albertville, Arab, Boaz, Douglas, Grant, Guntersville and Union Grove.
The MCEDC staff includes Matt Arnold, president; Ben Hulgan, vice president and director of the Marshall County Manufacturers Association; and Leslie Clines, office manager. Lauren Whitlock, the marketing coordinator, was recently named the new president at Arab Chamber of Commerce.
