Eco-friendly wine growlers make their way from Europe to Oregon

See also

Europeans have long enjoyed wine on tap and in jugs and bottles to go so it’s only fair that Oregon should join in the fun. Last year, our state passed a wine growler law that was quickly bogged down in red tape and bureaucracy. Happily, that red tape at the federal level has been untangled with a recent change of heart by the federal Alcohol, Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB.) Now Oregonians can legally fill their wine growlers from a small but growing number of retailers and wineries.
