Twilight: Eclipse hottie Kristen Stewart admits she gets anxious before walking

Twilight: Eclipse beauty Kristen Stewart gets really anxious on the red carpet because she's afraid a fan might turn on her and try to kill her one day.
"I don't feel very comfortable on the red carpet," Stewart, 20, tells OK! "I look out there at a thousand people and I realize they could rush me and assassinate me."
She adds: "No security could protect me. Ostensibly they're fans, but I think about them turning on me."
[Editor's note: Kristen's concern isn't that weird. Former Beatle John Lennon was gunned down outside his NYC apartment by a "fan" who had gotten Lennon's autograph just 4 hours earlier.]
'I TRY NOT TO CRY'
Kristen, who has previously stated that she finds nothing redeeming about fame, is so overcome with anxiety she feels like weeping.
"I keep myself from crying sometimes [when I think about how quickly something bad could happen on the red carpet]," says Stewart.
"I don’t think there’s anything about being a celebrity that is desirable," Kristen has said. “I understand that everybody’s going to know who you are and what you look like, but why be so obsessive?”
'I GET INSOMNIA AND HYPER FROM ALL THE TRAVEL'
Stewart, who suffers from occasional insomnia from the constant travel to press junkets, prefers to watch the Food Network or bake to unwind after a long day.
"By the end of the day I actually get really hyper, because it's then that I have my own time," Kristen explains. "You end up staying up all night and then screwing your morning the next day because you need time to yourself."
She adds: "It's only crazy like this at these premieres, but otherwise I live a very normal life. I don't need anything else to ground me." [see slideshow below]

Kristen looks like she'd rather be home than in the spotlight.
Who can blame her? The fans in the crowd may know everything about her but to Kristen they're total strangers! I would be creeped out a little too.
i think she looks nice!
Well.. look at how different her appearance is these days, she is obviously using drugs of some kind.. that alone will make it harder to cope with the stress.
