Workplace watchdog eBossWatch published its fifth annual list of America's Worst Bosses. The 2013 list of bad bosses includes restaurant supervisors, police and fire department officials, a mortuary school president, and a church bishop.

Former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner was selected by a panel of workplace experts as this year's worst boss in America.

Filner, who resigned in August after around 20 women accused him of sexual harassment, will be serving three months of house confinement beginning next month. The former mayor had plead guilty to one felony count of false imprisonment and two misdemeanor counts of battery.

According to eBossWatch, "the 2013 America’s Worst Bosses have cost their employers over $52 million in monetary damages and lawsuit settlement payments. Of this amount, the 33 bad bosses in the public sector have cost their respective taxpayers over $21 million."
