Don't miss it, as part of Fallen Fruit's EAT LACMA exhibit, this Saturday they are hosting EATLACMA Tomato Hootenanny.

This is your chance to not only adopt a tomato plant, but to "get down with some square dancing, and take part in a seedling workshop to celebrate all things tomato at LACMA!"

This is a free event and no reservations are required. There is a limited quantity of tomato seedlings, download tomato seedling adoption forms here to bring with you.

Date: Saturday, May 22, 2010
Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Location: LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) BP Plaza near the Urban Light sculpture , 5905 Wilshire Blvd

They encourage everyone to arrive early to receive a plant on the day of the event because there are a limited number of plants available. The event will end at 3 pm.

For More Info.

EATLACMA is a year-long project on food, art, culture and politics that unfolds seasonally, with artist's gardens planted and harvested on the museum campus, hands-on public events, and a concurrent exhibition, Fallen Fruit Presents EATLACMA (June 27-November 7, 2010).
