Vegetables are good for you!
Eat vegetables daily especially green leafy vegetables. The following vegetables are considered green leafy vegetables: kale, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, swiss chard, broccoli, spinach and cabbage.
Keep vegetables healthy while cooking. Steam or sauté vegetables in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Vegetables provide lots of vitamins and fiber. Prepare Rachael Ray's Lemon-Pepper Kale Chips

Follow your doctor's orders. If you are taking medication that interacts with green leafy vegetables avoid eating cabbage and other green leafy vegetables.
